Claudia Magaly Espinosa Méndez is a researcher and academic specializing in physical activity and health sciences. She holds a PhD in Physical Activity and Sport Research Sciences from San Angel University, a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of the Valley of Mexico and the European University of Madrid, and a degree in Physiotherapy from BUAP. Her expertise is further bolstered by specializations in Public Health and Health Institution Administration, along with associate degrees in Manual Therapy and Health Coaching. As a Full-time Professor and Researcher of the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP), she serves as the Coordinator of International Management and Academic Mobility and oversees research groups within the Faculty of Physical Culture. She is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNII-1) and the VIEP Research Padron in Health Sciences. Globally, she is the Mexican representative for the Physical Education and Sport for Girls and Women (IAPESGW). An accomplished author and international speaker, she is also the mentor of a research group focuses on the physical and cultural well-being of Indigenous peoples. Beyond academia, she is the co-founder of the 2BFit and Healthy center, an initiative dedicated to promoting health through physical activity.
