PhD in physical activity and sports sciences from the University of Zaragoza, Spain. Full-time professor-researcher and ex-director of the School of Sports Organization, UANL (Mexico). Member of the National System of Researchers. President of the Latin American Association of Sports Science, Physical Education and Dance. Vice president of the board of directors of the Mexican Association of Higher Institutions of Physical Culture; member of the consolidated academic group Sciences of Physical Culture and Sport; has published 15 books and 18 book chapters by prestigious publishers, 60 scientific articles in indexed journals and impact factor; speaker in international congresses in countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Spain, United States, Holland, England, Mexico, Portugal and South Africa; director of 45 master’s and doctoral theses; participates in the editorial committee of national and international scientific journals; teaches in undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs; he also has experience as a physical education teacher and sports trainer.
