Something went wrong with our 40th Summit.
I never give up of a mission and want to get it up.
Everyone must have her own possible explanation, I guess.
In Borovetz, we tried to discuss the future, the strategy, the vision, the mission, somehow coached by John Shuttleworth. The conclusion was we need someone to lead that, involving everybody. That was the idea with this Summit.
I keep the idea and will fight for it.
All of you, are the people who kept involved and committed. Nothing better.
Here is what I achieve to come up with:
Pedro Carvalho – a vision for the contribution of Comparative Physical Education and Sport over the next forty years;
John Saunders– the future of International Sports Studies – ISS;
Paul Wylleman – Athlete development and wellbeing the critical issue for professional sport in 2020;
Martin Holzweg – Comparative studies in physical education and sport – issues, challenges and potential a European perspective;
Eliana Ferreira – Comparative studies in physical education and sport – issues, challenges and potential a South American perspective;
Walter Ho – Comparative studies in physical education and sport – issues, challenges and potential an Asian perspective;
Rosa D’Amico – Comparative studies in physical education and sport – issues, challenges and potential a South America perspective.
